Property Consultant at Nelson Alexander Preston, Rhys Gutterson is a real estate professional who prides himself on delivering a level of service that is simply second to none.
A fourth-generation member of the Dyson bus company, his great grandfather having started the business in Plenty Road Preston in the 1950’s, his connection to the local area is engrained. After working in the family business for a number of years Rhys then spent the best part of ten years in the finance industry as both a Financial Advisor and co-founder of a successful revenue management company.
It was during this time that Rhys developed his outstanding communication skills and customer rapport – key attributes that have served him incredibly well since joining the real estate industry.
Respected and admired by his clients and colleagues alike, Rhys always displays honesty and integrity and has a genuine commitment to delivering the best service and achieving optimum results.
Away from work, Rhys loves nothing more than spending precious downtime with his wife Lisa and three beautiful daughters Sienna, Alicia and Giorgia, as well as sneaking in the occasional round of golf and supporting his beloved Carlton Blues.
