Originally from Venezuela, Olguimar Delgado has called Melbourne home since 2010 and for the past few years has established herself as a genuine rising star in the world of property management.

With a Bachelors Degree in Accounting and Postgraduate Diploma in Event Management, along with numerous years working in both fields, Olguimar brought a unique skill set to real estate that proved to be a real catalyst for success.

From Assistant Property Manager to Senior Property Manager in under two years, within the residential sector Olguimar has impressed clients with her outstanding communication skills and her unwavering commitment.

Transiting to commercial real estate Olguimar has been with the Nelson Alexander Commercial office for over 2 years and continues to build on strong and positive relationships with all her clients providing a level of customer service that is second to none.

Time to relax, Olguimar loves home styling, is still a keen event planner (for family and friends!) and loves to unwind in the garden.
