A high achieving real estate professional with 12 years of local experience under his belt, along with local family ties to Banyule, Nick Smith is dedicated to using his considerable expertise to secure exceptional results for each and every customer.
Nick attended Xavier College and quickly recognised the opportunities that education can bring. He is a fully licensed agent and auctioneer and was previously a finalist in the Victorian Novice Auctioneer competition. He holds a Certificate IV in Business Development and is a skilled and experienced professional at the negotiation table.
Nick uses his knowledge and talent to deliver the best possible outcome for each of his customers. As a senior auctioneer, Nick is involved in every aspect of his clients´ sale. The energy, enthusiasm and open communication that Nick brings to each transaction has helped him secure record-breaking prices for multiple properties throughout the City of Banyule and he loves nothing more than exceeding his clients’ expectations on both service and results.
After hours, Nick keeps busy by travelling, playing and watching a variety of sports, running, fishing, unwinding with friends and family, including his wife, Frankie, and young daughter, Alessia.
