Holding a double degree in Cooking and Patisserie, Madeleine enjoyed incredible success in the catering sector with innumerable weddings and corporate events to her name, as well as providing services for a number of Spring Carnivals and F1 Grand Prix.

Born in Far North Queensland, raised in Templestowe and now an Ivanhoe local, Madeleine still loves to whip up a feast in her spare time, as well as keeping fit, heading to the beach and planning the next holiday getaway.
