After moving to Melbourne from country Victoria, Kate Holt made her first foray into real estate whilst at university. She quickly moved from reception into property management; now one of our most experienced property managers, she’s well known for her honest and effective communication style.
Kate’s favourite part of the job is the versatility she enjoys working closely with customers and building productive, long term relationships.
Kate is passionate about the local area, particularly the shops on Brunswick Street and the Edinburgh Gardens.
After hours, Kate’s most likely to be found with her young family, curled up with a good book or barracking for Geelong at the football.
