A property professional with experience and achievements well beyond his years, Josh Kalender is one of the most prolific, successful and dedicated agents in Melbourne’s inner north-west.
In his early twenties, Josh moved to the USA where he worked as an actor for nearly ten years, as well as owning and operating a successful freight logistics company.
Moving home to embark on his real estate career, Josh’s performing skills were soon put to good use when he found a new stage conducting auctions – all culminating in the Novice Auctioneer of the Year award in 2018.
Finalist in the senior competition in 2019, Josh then added Salesperson of the Year to his accolades, as well as becoming a Nelson Alexander partner in 2022.
Key to Josh’s success is his genuine passion for the role and boundless energy that he brings to the table, as well as a continued dedication to go above and beyond to achieve the optimum result.
