Cody Bettanin is a proud partner of Nelson Alexander Pascoe Vale, the suburb where he was born and raised. Cody’s interest in property stems from his father who has been developing property in the area since he was a child. His passion for Real Estate has seen Cody become one of the most sought after agents and auctioneers not only in the immediate area but throughout metro Melbourne.
Cody is all about honing in on client’s desired outcome and then doing whatever necessary to help them get there. “I’ll be the contact person from start to finish, I’ll do the opens, qualify the buyers, negotiate the sale and conduct the auction. I’ll be the only person they deal with.”
Cody enjoys nothing more than spending time with his wife and children but also getting out and having a hit of golf and travelling overseas with his family when time permits.
