"My passion for architecture and design lead me into real estate, but my main motivation now is the joy of connecting with people and being of genuine assistance in their lives."

Chris Vlahos' journey to real estate is as interesting as his engaging personality and as colourful as the range of bow ties in his attire.

Starting out in the world of fashion design and pattern making, this eventually made way for a successful stint in graphic design.

Looking for a change of pace, Chris took the plunge into real estate and from that day hasn't looked back.

In a few short years, Chris has established himself as one of Preston's most respected property professionals with his honesty, industry knowledge, attention to detail and unwavering commitment to exceed his clients' expectations.

Originally from Sydney, Chris has proudly called Melbourne home for many years, and in his spare time enjoys going for a bike ride as well as enjoying the culture and lifestyle that is so unique to our city.
