Best rental experience I've had    

I have never had such a positive rental experience. My agent, Paula Coles, was consistently communicative, highly responsive, incredibly personable, friendly, empathetic, and pragmatic. I was never made to feel like an imposition or inconvenience and my concerns and issues were always addressed in a very timely manner. Paula was always available on phone or email and I genuinely felt that we had a business partnering relationship, vs simply a service provision interaction. Importantly, Paula always made me feel like a person, not just a tenant. While I am always a very conscientious tenant, who takes pride in treating a property as my own, Paula's service delivery, ability to build rapport and trust, and the relationship we forged certainly encouraged me to go above and beyond myself - which certainly resulted in better outcomes for the landlord. I was much more inclined to report issues that otherwise were not my concern, to be highly accommodating when access or works were required at the property, and to undertake works on the property myself.
