I have known Patrick for the past year. in that I have a bought a property and sold two. Regarding the first it was on the market for 6 months before I changed to nelson Alexander. The reserve was 400k but Patrick managed to find a buyer for 432k. The second was sold at auction with a reserve of 700k but again Patrick managed to sell it above the reserve for 740k.
