What we love about this home:
Close proximity to schools, stations, CBD and golf clubs. The home has been easy to maintain with a small garden and I have much enjoyed looking out over Bryant Reserve.
What we love about this suburb:
I have loved this community. Restaurants are plentiful and varied – as are the coffee shops. Ivanhoe is close enough to the city with easy access via the Eastern Freeway and it’s easy to head north to the country.
Why we are selling:
My family has grown and now includes grandchildren! I have purchased a new home with a larger entertaining area.

What began as a 3 to 5 year plan, has stretched to over 20 wonderful years at this address.
