What we love about this home:
We love the sense of space and the beautiful outlook over the backyard from the back family room. We also love that it has separate living areas, upstairs and downstairs which afforded a sense of privacy to both children and adults. There was plenty of room for the children to have their friends over and it is a great space in the backyard and deck for parties of which we have had many. We love the swimming pool and spending time around the pool and outside in summer. We have good neighbours on all sides and behind us. We love the outlook from the front verandah of all the trees and of the fact that it is close to public transport and the shops. We also love that the backyard had plenty of room for our dog.
What we love about this suburb:
We love the fact that it close to schools, public transport, two shopping areas being Upper and Lower Heidelberg Roads, medical facilities, dentists, restaurants and cafes. We love the fact that it has lovely walking tracks and bike tracks. We love the fact that it is a leafy green suburb full of trees and we feel safe.
Why we are selling:
We have enjoyed the house for 19 years however two of our three children have now left home and we feel it is time to move on to something smaller and closer to the city as we no longer need access to schools etc. We are at a different stage of our lives.
