Nelson Alexander have managed my investment property for six years; over this time the five different property managers have each fulfilled their role effectively; developing good relations with tenants and myself, and quick to address any maintenance items that have arisen. There have been a couple of minor bumps in transitions between managers; however nothing problematic as I also keep a fairly oversight of the property and able to resolve any blips such as incomplete information flow at handovers.
I was also pleased to learn earlier this year of further steps by NA to sharpen their property inspection process as I'd noted some gaps with competency of some staff undertaking such inspections that impacted the thoroughness of some surveys.
Otherwise, my rating also reflects a desire for more distinctive options than currently available for marketing the unique features to prospective tenants when re-leasing the property.
