Fantastic agency, no-one knows Preston better than Nelson Alexander    

Scott and I were really pleased with the service Nelson Alexander provided, specifically with our agents Michelle and Thomas. I really believe no other agency knows Preston like the NA West Preston office does – Michelle has microscopic knowledge of the suburb which even runs down to specific streets and her assessment of what she believed our property to be worth was spot on – we were thrilled with the price. Michelle has also been trained in the "old-school style" of selling real estate, which is a great thing. She doesn’t just sit back and let the online sites do the work – she was actively working buyers for us all the time, including via the Nelson Alexander network. For the duration of our campaign she or Thomas would contact us via phone or email every day, and after each inspection (including the private ones) Michelle would call and give Scott or I a detailed debrief of how things went. In addition to our twice-weekly opens we pretty much had a private inspection every day of the campaign too, which is a good sign of how hard the office was working. We never doubted their abilities to get the price we wanted and on the night after the auction Scott and I both commented on how we felt like we had almost slept walked through the whole process as it just seemed to happen so easily around us. Suddenly we were sitting in our sold house, with the price we wanted, not feeling like we had put enormous amounts of efforts or stress into it. I would definitely recommend this agency and we couldn't be happier with the result.
