What we love about this home:
Location! Waking up to the views onto the park from the master bedroom is just so refreshing. It’s like having your own expansive garden right outside your back door, but you don’t have to look after for it.
Even the short walk to the shops or station starts with a stroll through the park. And despite being so close to everything, the tranquility is simply unbelievable.
The home itself is extremely well-built, with the two original builders still occupying two of the units, so you know they didn’t cut corners.
What we love about Heidelberg:
Heidelberg has just about everything you need, from small coffee shops to the larger supermarkets, all in walking distance.
On the other hand, it also offers heaps of parks, including the Yarra river and Main Yarra Trail, and yet is still only 20min to the city by train.
Why we are selling:
The things we do for love! Marriage means compromises, and one of those is living closer to my new step-sons’ secondary school. I have rented the property out for a few years, but it makes more sense to consolidate my investments into an SMS, so reluctantly I’m following the accountants advice.
