This has been a perfect family home, we have loved entertaining and living opposite the park.

What we love about Eaglemont:

We have lived in three houses in Eaglemont, moving to accommodate the family. It has a village atmosphere and over the years we have made many friends particularly with the local shopkeepers in Eaglemont, East Ivanhoe & Ivanhoe. We love the trees and birdlife that Eaglemont offers.

Why we are selling:

The property is far too large for us now so we are downsizing to a nearby house in beautiful Eaglemont!
