It’s a special and unique home that’s been in the one family for forty years and you can see why.

Morning jogs along the beautiful Yarra river and nature rambles with the kids in the native wetlands. Collecting pinecones for a winter’s fire and sitting on the sunny front balcony in the late afternoon looking over the park. The peacefulness of the quiet street and the expanse of space makes kicking a ball around or walking the dogs part of everyday life.

The house itself has charming original features like the ceiling and light switches in the main room. This melds with the big open room where the family comes together to cook, chat and relax. It’s a cosy space but its soaring cathedral ceilings and an abundance of light also make it ideal for entertaining. Many a big Christmas or birthday have been enjoyed here. There’s plenty of room to get away from it too. The private TV area means that the TV doesn’t dominate family life and a movie can be enjoyed in peace.
