From a Landlord point of view
From a Landlord point of view, I have had many struggles until recently, as I have had a change in property management and now have no issues at all.
I believe the problems and challenges faced prior and maybe still the case but my current manager is exceptional, is Property Managers are managing too many properties and in my case, emails go un answered for weeks, rent is not being chased up when over due etc.
