What do you love about the home?
We loved our home and now it is time to move on as our two boys are getting older and we would like them to have their own bedrooms.
Our favourite feature of the house is the spacious open-plan living space, which was perfect for preparing meals while being social with friends or the kids. It has a really large island bench, which the kids loved to eat meals at.
It has a very large open plan living space on the top floor, which we used as an office.
Being the unit furthest from the road also means it is really peaceful inside and it has ample outside space to enjoy on warm Melbourne days.
What do you love about the area?
The property is well located for public transport within walking distance of the Mernda train line (Reservoir or Regent). There are lots of great cafes, restaurants and bars and Edwardes Lake is great for a run or to burn some energy off for the kids! We would also often walk to the famous Preston market whenever we fancied something different for lunch at the weekend.

It has two outdoor living areas and split system air conditioning in the main living area and both bedrooms.
