Enjoyed by generations of the one family for over 60 years, this attractive mid-century home occupies a sizeable corner allotment providing tremendous scope for those looking to renovate, extend or possibly start anew in the future (STCA).
Beyond its attractive facade, the home’s instant family appeal is characterized by a light-filled interior comprising three generous bedrooms all sharing a neat central bathroom and separate WC.
Adding to the appeal is a front living room with adjoining dining space and an updated kitchen and meals area complete with stainless-steel cooking appliances and dishwasher.
Other features of the home include ducted heating, evaporative cooling and additional split-system air conditioner all providing year-round comfort, plus a wide backyard with large entertaining deck, handy garden shed and gated side driveway offering access for multiple off street parking spaces.
A short stroll to Gilbert Road trams along with a choice of bus routes, it’s also close to local parks and popular schools (zoned to Bell Primary School), as well as easy access to Merri Creek trails, Bell Station, and the buzz of Preston Market.
