What do you love about the home?

Where do I start? Firstly, being the front unit and street facing, I forget that I am in a villa unit with units behind. I have always felt like I am in my own little house when inside, hence finding it so hard to leave since moving into my home in 2006. The neighbours in the block are lovely & quiet and have always been amazing to deal with when needed. It will be sad to say goodbye. Being the front unit and having a little dog who is ball obsessed, I have loved using the front common grass area to play fetch with her as none of the other units have ever used the space the time I have lived here.

What we love about this area:

It's so convenient having the Gilbert Rd tram a stone's throw away and I often walk to the Preston market on a Sunday. We also enjoy walking along the Merri Creek trail through to the dog park and down to Miller Street cafes/shops or to Merri Bar for a drink.

What features does your property have?

I have always liked that my unit has a hallway as it separates the spaces when people arrive at the door, the western and north light that floods the living & kitchen, the access from the street to the rear courtyard to wheel my bike in or for easy access when friends come over for BBQ's. One of my favourite things is when the festoon lights are on of an evening which are intertwined with the star Jasmine in the raised garden bed. I have absolutely loved living here and hope the new owner loves it & makes as many great memories as I have.
