What do you love about the home?
- Opening up the concertina doors to the deck on a Summer’s evening and entertaining a large group of friends who can flow between outside on the large deck and in the open living area.
- Enjoying a morning coffee on the front porch
- Sitting on the couch with a book as the afternoon light spills in through the glass doors and looking out to see a wall of beautiful green fernery
- A cozy and warm fire-pit in the private courtyard on a Winter’s night, toasting marshmallows with a glass of red or cup of hot chocolate
What do you love about the area?
- Getting a coffee from Richard around the corner at Chapter 35- he will know your name and order in 1 week
- Catching the tram down High street to trial one of the many restaurants/bars- I still haven’t made my way through them
in 3 years - Walking my dog to nearby Reserves (TA Cochrane, GH Mott) and letting him gallivant around with other neighbourhood dogs
