Exceptional Agent    

House hunting is hard. Finding the house that matches the image in your head is hard. My forever home image was firmly set. Finding an agent who could embrace that image not the sale but a genuine enthusiasm to be part of making a dream a reality is like finding gold .Georgia was like a breath of fresh air to my search. Although she was based in the Carlton office she was able to access any Nelson Alexander property thus replacing the need to continuously repeat my criteria or deal with multiple agents.She embraced my dream and motivated me when I was flagging. Not once did she show me a property that didn’t fit my criteria but when we’d look she ‘d look at my face see an expression and say it’s ‘ not quite it’ the feels missing for you. She listened , never judged or became annoyed at what seemed like an impossible task. Even when she went overseas she texted saying look at so and so. I could go on .
