Jayson did a great job. He gave us good tips for presenting the house, realistic expectations of what it was worth and planned an effective but modest advertising package. In the end we didnt need the advertising as he was able to sell it off market for us for a great price, saving us a lot of hassle and getting us more time to look for a new place. His knowledge of the area os solid, he was easy to get in touch with and offered great advice. Would use again.
