What do you love about the home?
Everything! It's light, bright and cleverly renovated so it's all very functional AND beautiful! The house is designed for the family to all be able to share and interact together, but not be so 'open plan' that you have to share every moment together! The ensuite bathroom is a relaxing parents retreat - and the separated living area allows the space to be closed off so kids can watch movies, while parents socialise with friends.
There is an apricot, plum, olive tree and kiwi vine which all produce fruit. The kiwi vine provides shade through thick green foliage in summer and then allows the sun to shine through in winter.
What do you love about the area?
It's a very friendly neighborhood. Lots of young families and great schools close by. You can get great coffee and breakfast at Sycamore Meadows, a tasty Vietnamese bakery and excellent Thai food at the Golden Peanut. We love walking to Edwards Lake and having the creek at the end of our street. Coburg Hill Woolworths is also close. The number 11 tram is a 15 minute walk.
What features does your property have?
In the winter, it's toasty and warm with hydronic heating and in the summer, it's perfect for inside/outside living with the deck. Sustainability has also been prioritised - an EV charger easily accessible in the driveway and solar panels on the roof.
