Having lived here for 20+ years, we've been blessed and spoilt for choice with having all we desired at our doorstep.

Being our 'home' we invested in renovating it to provide us with a comfortable and spacious environment to live in, relax, work and entertain family and friends.

The apartment complex, garden area and wonderful neighbours throughout created a community feel providing a sense of security. We've enjoyed the beautiful street front and sunlight throughout, using the balcony in summer, sipping a cold drink watching the world go by - with the all too frequent passer by looking up, smiling and wishing for an invite after smelling the aroma coming from our Baby WeberQ.

Most of all we've loved the proximity and fact we could walk or tram to some of our favourite destinations in and around Carlton -- Exhibition Building, NGV, Art Centre, theatres, sporting events, IMAX, City Baths, Cinema Nova, parks, bars, cafes, and who could pass up on Melbourne shopping - especially during sale time!

Uni whilst studying was just around the corner, the 30mins walk to the office was an added bonus. The weekend ritual to Vic Market for our weekly fresh food shop, brunch at King & Godfreys, pop into Readings, then the tough decision on which restaurant to dine at....Kazuki's, Ms Frankie or a pizzeria.

We've now made a sea change and are sad to be leaving Carlton....we truly hope the next owners will enjoy living here as much as we did.
