I found the work that Tom did prior to the auction enabled me to have a full understanding of the local market and any prospective buyers. His feedback every few days also kept me op to date and informed of the current situation in the area. On the day of the auction Tom was able to encourage bidding by a clear and concise approach to the crowd giving all laws and regulations and a realistic understanding of the property for sale.
