What we love about this home:
We purchased the property as we loved the area and have absolutely loved transforming and extending the original home with an improved layout that makes the most of every available space.
The large garden areas were completely re-designed and is now beautifully established with mature plants creating peaceful and private outdoor spaces for the family and pets.
The courtyard is perfect for morning coffees and the back deck has a beautiful view of the trees surrounding the area. We have used this space for entertaining family and friends and have really enjoyed utilising this space. In the winter months, the back of the house is filled with sunshine, providing natural light.
An established vegetable garden is ready for the next crop, together with a lemon and mandarin tree.
What we love about this suburb:
Greensborough has been a fantastic place to live with the Plenty River trail is at the end of the Court, which is great for walking and exploring. It is an easy bike ride or leisurely walk to Greensborough Plaza along the trail. The local Apollo Parkways Primary School is highly regarded which is also next to local shops. Easy access to the Greensborough bypass and M80.
Hamish Court is a really quiet location, and we have lovely neighbours who all help each other out.
