What we love about this home:
We purchased this property 5 years ago as our first home together and to get into the property market. We fell in love with the layout and the potential to make the house our own. We have loved transforming what was once a very bland interior to something very modern, cosy and homely. We have loved raising our puppy, hosting small get-togethers in this home and have made very many memories that will last a lifetime. This home is fantastic for first home buyers, small families, downsizer’s and a great investment property.
What we love about this suburb:
Roxburgh Park has been a fantastic place to live with heaps of parks and playgrounds, interesting food and friendly people. Armstrong Court is a really quiet street and we've met some amazing neighbours. The train station and bus stop are both within walking distance, providing easy access to multiple transport options, and the city can be reached by car within 25 minutes.
