Moving during lockdown    

Moving at the end of one lockdown right before another begins is unpleasant to say the least. However, working with Charmaine Muscat from Nelson Alexander made the transition smooth and painless. Even though all interactions were through phone/text and emails the process felt very personal and authentic. The newly renovated property I moved into had some minor issues and when contacting Charmaine about them, I was pleasantly surprised at the prompt and proficient response. My confidence, in relation to my dealings with Charmaine Muscat and Nelson Alexander only grew. Overall, I am very satisfied with the professionalism, attentiveness and desire to excel, above and beyond what one would expect.
