Peter Nelson Award 2013

Beauty, brains and popularity! Rosmary Souza and Paula Coles are this year’s deserving recipients of our staff-voted Peter Nelson Award.

This award is presented at our Christmas Party each year and recognizes a team member’s outstanding contribution to Nelson Alexander. This year, their colleagues were tied between these two winners.

Rosmary Souza (left) our exceptionally skilled receptionist has been the “human face” of Nelson Alexander Fitzroy for six years. Rosmary is a unifying link and valuable recourse in our company who goes above and beyond in her role as front of house – always with a cheery smile on her face that makes you want to smile too. Rosmary can be relied on for having the answer to just about any question – and if she doesn’t know, she’ll make it her mission to find out!

Paula Coles – also known as “mum” of the office – has been a Property Manager with us for 15 years – seven at Essendon and eight at Fitzroy. Paula has a long standing and genuine attentiveness to the needs of owners and tenants alike, and is committed to building strong relationships. Her many satisfied clients comment on her friendly nurturing nature, so it’s no surprise she’s a favourite – both in and out of the office. Paula is also a member of the Nelson Alexander Charitable Foundation Committee, identifying and supporting worthwhile causes and organisations within our local community.

Both women were nominated and awarded based on consistently demonstrating excellence in our Nelson Alexander core values:  high quality service, integrity, unity, teamwork and community involvement.
