Every year, the Real Estate Institute of Victoria (REIV) recognises the agencies that are the best in their field, and on October 23 this year’s winners were revealed. As REIV CEO Enzo Raimondo points out, “these awards also recognise the agents and their businesses who are constantly raising the bar lifting professional standards to the highest levels and contributing to best practice in real estate sales and management”.

This year, Nelson Alexander won the award for Large Residential Agency of the Year – the second year in a row we have won this accolade. On top of this, Tom Roberts from Carlton North and Kristian Lunardi from our Northcote office were recognised as best senior and novice auctioneers respectively.

With a record number of nominations, it’s an honour to be recognised for our commitment to the people in our community that are after their dream home.
