We hope you enjoy looking through our family home. We have lived here for seven years and are absolutely in love with the house and the area. With great restaurants, cafes and pubs all with walking distance, it is perfect for making the most of this great suburb. Food vans, the cinema, lovely shops and the Town Hall all add to the rich cultural smorgasbord Northcote has to offer.

It has been wonderful bringing up our two children in this home. Lots of music, art, dancing, cooking and good times have been had. There is a great little playground just across the road which we frequent. There are plenty of good schools and child-care centres all close by too.

Parking is easy. We park in Bayview Street and use the back gate for our daily entrance.

Under the house has been perfect for us to use as storage. We also park our bikes down there after we go for family rides down along the creek.

One of our favourite places to sit is out on the front veranda. We love watching the fireworks in the city on New Year’s Eve, additionally we have perfect views of the Dandenong Ranges off to our left. We’ve also had many fabulous lunches and dinners out the back with the bi-fold doors open.

We will be sad to leave a house full of so many wonderful memories, but we hope you will enjoy all it has to offer and make great new memories.
