What we love about this home:

I appreciated the sense of security I found in this apartment, especially since I resided here solo. The layout is extremely functional with its distinct separation between the bedrooms and the living space. The bedrooms are nice and quiet and are bathed in ample natural light streaming through the lightwell. The kitchen area was ideal for entertaining, and the spacious balcony easily accommodated an eight-seater table. I relished spending time on the balcony, simply observing the world pass by. Moreover, the home's ease of locking up and leaving made it convenient, and its potential as an investment property was also fantastic.

What we love about this area:

The transportation options are fantastic, with two tram lines and Thornbury station just a short walk away. Across the road, there are Woolworths and Aldi supermarkets, and a plethora of fantastic cafes, bars, and restaurants within easy reach. The residents of 9 High are also wonderful; during the challenges of COVID, we banded together to support one another, always ready to lend a helping hand when needed. Since moving to rural Victoria, I find myself missing not only the places but, more significantly, the people who made them special.
