the complete process of our sale was excellent, from the initial phone call we made the service from Arthur was exceptional, he listerned, understood and followed our directions. the follow up from him was very good, not to much but always there. he was never pushy and never under or oversold anything of the sale during the process, always putting us at ease wheneve we spoke. if we needed to talk to him pre and post sale he was always available and if he said he would do something...he did it! following the sale he kept us informed up to and during settleent process. following settlement the follow up from Nelson Alexander office was also very good with phone and email responses. the whole process was very efficient, smooth and a pleasure. we can only thank the team and wish them the best of luck in the future
